The Social Smuggler

The Social Gym has collaborated with the Sydney based swimwear company Budgy Smuggler to create an innovative new program for our young adults.

The aim of this program is to provide young adults with the support and opportunity to focus on social skills within a workplace. They strengthen their communication and problem solving skills, build their confidence in a team environment and set them up for success in future workplaces.

The Social Gym hears far too often that young people are missing out on work opportunities or losing their jobs due to social blunders and misunderstandings. Too often these situations could be avoided if they had explicit teaching and strategies to manage the social dynamics of a workplace.
